Sow Seeds Of Kindness - The World Could Always Use Kindness

  Affirmations For Kindness

I will be kind and nice to those that cross my path today.
Especially those that I have a difficult time being nice to.
My intentions will be sincere. I will find something about that person that I can genuinely feel positive about.
I will also be considerate to those that I usually take for granted.
I will selflessly do random acts of kindness for strangers.
Most importantly, I will be merciful and kind to myself. For this day at least, I won't allow the voice of my "inner critic" to be negative or put me down.
When I go to bed, I will recap my day in my mind or, better yet, write down in a journal, and assess what I have learned.

This is a marvelous collection of affirmations to help promote kindness to all, including yourself.  Happiness always ... to ALL !

Guided Meditation Relieving Yourself Of Your Burdens

Visualize yourself walking in an enchanted forest … filled with beautiful trees of all different species and sizes, song birds of all kinds and forest creatures big and small with the kindest intent.

You are walking along a winding forest path of pine needles and forest leaves and other natural elements trampled down by wear of other pilgrims that have walked the same path.  Sunlight filters through the tallest trees in an enchanting and mystical display.

You walk through a beautiful meadow filled with gorgeous and fragrant flowers, some of which have never been seen before on this earthy plane … all your senses are nourished from this mystical walk.
You can see that on the other side of the meadow is a small mountain.  As you come to the other side of the meadow, you notice, as you look up this majestic mountain, that there is a charming water well … you know, the kind that you’ve seen many times that folks used to use to get their water from.  But, you sense that this is a very special well … a sacred well.
You are intrigued and quickly walk up the mountain path to this well.  You hear a mysterious voice tell you to imagine your burdens, any of your problems and worries, and people in your life, even though you love them dearly, and throw them down this sacred well.  You remember that you are not throwing the person down the well … but the worry and burdens that people often bring to our lives, including ourselves.

As you dispose of your problems and burdens one by one, you slowly feel a lightness of your spirit and relief to you soul.  Once you are all done you feel so good and connected to the Divine within you, you feel you must sit a while and absorb all that you have experienced.  Surrender to this wonderful feeling and express gratitude to the Divine Source who has given you this gift.
After a bit, you walk back down the mountain path, through the beautiful meadow and once again are on the forest path.  Walking through the forest back to “yourself” you feel a like a new person, like the person who you really are and are refreshed and renewed.
I hope this guided meditation helps you feel refreshed and renewed and helps you  get rid of those worries that plagues so many of us.  This is my very own meditation, but feel free to share this with anyone.  After all, we help ourselves when we help each other … and it also makes us feel good about ourselves.
After opening my auto insurance bill and seeing that it more than doubled I knew that I had to try this guided meditation tonight.  When I called the insurance company, although the gal was very nice, she had no clue why it more than doubled in price ... she said it could because they did a another credit check in June.  What my credit has to do with auto insurance I'll never know.  Sounds like another way to fleece poor people and people in general.  Be that as it may, I don't have bad credit and wouldn't call the so-called credit check company because I know when you do, every time anybody checks, it goes down as a negative on your credit report.  This is just crazy stuff and a way to rob and overcharge people.

Be that as it may, I don't see how it would double and, if so, it is just another nail in the coffin for our little household.  I don't have a clue how I would pay for this, but will check on line for a better price.  We need a car, nothing is nearby and even with than the most we use our 12 year old car is less than 3,000 miles per year ...  no kidding, it's that little.  This is when it is so hard for me to practice unconditional love towards everyone.  And thinking positive is a stretch also when things are getting so dire .. but, I will try not to cry and to be angry with the behaviors not the people.  Right now it's so very hard.  My daughter is so very sick for the past six months, it's seems we are at the end of our rope.

Connecting With Your Feminine Soul

Found this at The Adventures Of A Striped Stocking blog ... she always has such wonderful videos.  I can "see" my daughter in this.  One thing for sure, her life's journey has made her authentic and true.  I can see now that she has gone through all that she has to become the authentic feminine soul that she is.  I know her journey is not over and that she has a lot to give to our world and herself.  She has helped me become more authentic, even though many times I was kicking and fighting her all the way ... but this video has made me think and I hope it will connect to your soul as well.

As we face our soul we face and connect with each other and the Divine Feminine within.  May She bring you comfort and happiness and most of all, She brings LOVE.

Fight The Fear - Foster Love And Compassion

I love this affirmation … to me it’s poetry and sustenance for my soul.

I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.
~Frank Herbert

I fight my fear each and every day, moment to moment ... and I foster LOVE and compassion for all ... even those who I find it so hard to feel that way toward .... I will practice what I preach, and fight my fear and LOVE all unabashedly ... when we can do that ... there will be peace and paradise on earth.

Wishing Your All Happiness and Peace this Day and all your days to come!
