Fight The Fear - Foster Love And Compassion

I love this affirmation … to me it’s poetry and sustenance for my soul.

I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.
~Frank Herbert

I fight my fear each and every day, moment to moment ... and I foster LOVE and compassion for all ... even those who I find it so hard to feel that way toward .... I will practice what I preach, and fight my fear and LOVE all unabashedly ... when we can do that ... there will be peace and paradise on earth.

Wishing Your All Happiness and Peace this Day and all your days to come!

You know, I had never believed in affirmations, but you were right. I started doing them in the morning, everyday, before getting up and it is so powerful. I love your affirmation. Especially because of the topic ;)

I'm so glad Introverted Art that you started affirmations .... I started them years ago and even though I still have a long way to go, they help me get through the day.

Happiness Always
