All You Need Is Love - Some Food For Thought - Fairy Of LOVE Whimsical Folk Art Print

"All you need is love.
But a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt."
~Charles M. Schultz

And as we let our own light shine,
we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear,
our presence automatically liberates others.

- Marianne Williamson.

I read through "The Course In Miracles" some years ago.  It has changed me for life ... and put me on the path of spiritual self-discovery.  The one big, huge thing I got from it was LOVE is all there is, LOVE is the answer.  So simple, but yet so very hard to comprehend.  It's strange, we don't comprehend, but somewhere "inside", where our Sweet Soul dwells, everything is understood.

Happiness, Peace and LOVE to all !

Wow, this really speaks to me. It's the perfect antidote to the hesitation to be vulnerable as an artist and as a person (one and the same thing, really). If our true motivation stems from the desire to inspire the liberation of the spirit in others because we experience it ourselves, then that's what makes art so noble. It transcends mere self-expression. "Perfect love casts out fear."

I appreciated the glimpse into your private journey when you shared the impact that Marianne Williamson's work had on you.

Thank you, also, for your very encouraging thoughts on my blog!

Dear Scrollwork, thanks every so much for your well thought out and well written comments ... you wrote what I feel about the whole shebang. I am on a journey to free myself of fear ... I get absolutely paralyzed by it, but at least I notice now ... I'm not just a zombie like before ... not thinking just going through the motions. This is so much harder and painful and I really, really hope for some kind of breakthrough soon ... but everything takes as long as it takes. I love your blog and will be back ... can't always be timely but I do get to them all eventually.

Enlightenment and Freedom from Fear for Everybody ... wow, what a wonderful world this would be. Actually it is, we just can't seem to see it.

Both the words and the illustration are beautiful. The second quote especially resonates with me.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if every single person on this planet could find the key within themselves that would unlock the love for every other living creature? I feel sure the love is there but it is held back by fear. I truly believe that fear is the well from which springs hatred, racism, and all the other horrible things that affect so many humans.

Blessings to you,

Victoria

Thank you Poppy, for your comment and for the positive energy sent our way ... you know, I do believe I can feel it.

Love and Light to all.

Greetings dear Victoria, Love your comment ... I also believe that fear is the emotion that we must all purge ourselves from ... I am always fighting my fears. My daughter is so insightful and she first brought this to my attention about fear being the cause of all the problems of the world ... and she is so right isn't she? I find it so comforting to have found such like-minded souls like you and my other blog friends. We are so connected.

Love and Peace to All.

This post is beautiful. Edgar Cayce was a brilliant man with a fascinating life. He is right there with Ghandi in my book.

Dearest Mina, Edgar Cayce is a favorite of mine ... isn't it amazing ... in fact we have his "blue book" and treat our gums via his channeling directons, and guess what!!! It works. I wish I knew about this before I had gum surgery years ago ... oh, well, at least I know now. Thank you so much for following my blog and for your enlightening comments ... I really enjoy reading them.

Love and Light Always !

Love these wonderful quotes! Inspiring as always!

Ali, Megan, Siret, Holly, thanks to you all for your kind and positive comments which mean so much to me. I so agree with you Ali, I do choose Love ... but this is easier said than done ... fear keeps creeping into my consciousness and it is in my sub-conscious as well. I am vigilant to watch out for these negative emotions and repel them with positive thinking and energies.
Anyway, that's my two cents ... everybody has their own path to follow.

Love and Light and Peace to All!
